Many apologies for the delay in writing, its been a very busy time!
 
In brief we all had a really great time in Vietnam and were very impressed with your organising skills and the service you provided.  
 
Hanoi
The pick up and transfer went well and the hotel was nice and in a good position.  
The cot and small bed provided worked well for our children.  There was no high chair in the restaurant (maybe worth noting in your books). 
The food was not great and the service a little patchy but it was OK for a 3*. 
Our guide in Hanoi was excellent and we enjoyed the day.  It would however have been useful to know beforehand that we could not take our young baby to see Ho Ch Minh and also that we had to cover our knees/not wear flipflops. 
 
Halong Bay
The transfer worked well and the team on arrival were very efficient.  The boat was a little tired and I think the seating area downstairs could be improved upon but the crew and the food were superb and we thoroughly enjoyed our time.  We are very pleased we did 2 days as it would have been a long way to go for 1 night. 
 
Hoi An
We loved the hotel, it was excellent and despite being out of town, it was an easy and cheap taxi ride.  The hotel also had a shuttle. 
Our guide was excellent and spoke good English.  We did not do all of the tour because we wanted to relax at the hotel but the parts we did were fairly interesting.
 
We would highly recommend your services (and already have!).
