We searched on tripadvisor prior to our two week visit in December and January, 2011. Since this company (and this person) came highly rated, we booked a couple of trips through them. Ms. Chi organized the Ha Long Bay and Sapa leg of our trip. She did an amazing job, responded quickly via email, and provided us with worry-free travel. She also suggested ways to reduce our travel time, and each and every person provided by her company (from drivers to tour guides) were professional, prompt and courteous. Some highlights included the Dragon Pearl II Junk on Ha Long Bay, which was a modern, clean and beautiful junk. The food was amazing, the bed comfortable and the itinerary fun and interesting. The other leg of the tour booked by this company was the transportation to and from Sapa, the hotel in Sapa, and the tour guide provided. We had a H'Mong tour guide who was amazing, who took us off the beaten track and provided us with an insider's view into the life of her family and village. That was amazing. I would book with Ms. Chi again without hesitation. She gave us her cell number in case of any problems (there weren't any), and even called our tour guide on the boat, to ask to speak to me, to make sure everything was okay.
