How lovely to hear from you. I must apologise for not having taken the time out to email you with regard to our experience with your company.We had a great time in Vietnam and must compliment you on the the whole experience. The guides were knowledgeable and informative, with good language skills. They were also very friendly and engaging. The drivers were always on time, helpful, courteous and, importantly, careful drivers. Their vehicles were clean and modern.The hotels we stayed in were all clean and comfortable, though there were some variations in the standard of room at several locations. This however did not spoil our holiday and, where possible, this was corrected. They were in great locations in vibrant parts of the towns we stayed in and, although sometimes noisy, this was offset by their proximity to places of interest.Whilst our Halong Bay boat was not of the standard I had previously experienced, it was more than made up for by the great staff that made the whole experience hugely enjoyable.I must give a special mention to the cooking class in Hoi An. This was a surprisingly entertaining experience. The chef was a really funny guy, and had us in fits of laughter throughout the session.At each town, your representatives were there to meet our train or planes and transfer us to our hotel. This was very re-assuring to know that we would have someone there to meet us and guide us to our destinations without any delay.Overall, I would like to commend Asia Tour Advisor and yourself, on a well organised and pleasant experience.
