On the whole, me and my wife were happy with the trip despite the rain that prevented us from doing more trekking.  The tour guide Dong was helpful and professional, and he has provided us with a lot of useful information for us to better appreciate the way of lives of the tribes.
Since you have requested for feedback for areas for improvements, the following are possible areas for your considerations:
a.The food that we took at SAPA on the first day (breakfast, lunch and dinner) were all from the same restaurant.  While the food were sumptuous, it will be good if we can try other restaurants in SAPA.
b.The meals did not include any drinks and we had to pay for our own and they were pretty pricy.  It will be good if the package can include at least a bottle of mineral water or soft drinks.  The customer is to pay for anything else beyond that.  This is what I experience in tour packages to other countries like China.
c.The itinerary was pretty relaxed at Bacha and on the last day at Lao Cai Train Station.  We had nothing to do and just laze around.  It will be good if more activities can be included.
