Thank you - we are now back in New Zealand after having 6 days at The Residence Resort in Phuket at the end of our Vietnam Tour with your company.

Firstly I thank you very very much for organising our Vietnam Luxury Tour. We have earlier travelled through Europe twice so know what we want to expect. my comments are below.

*Hotel accommodation:*
Hanoi - Demantolid Hotel - very good hotel and very good resteraunt for breakfasts
Halong Bay - on boat accommodation excellent and resteraunt meals also excellent
Hue - Asia Hue Hotel - very good hotel and very good resteraunt 

Hoian - Ancient House Resort and Spa Hotel - very good hotel and resteraunt

Overall - accommodation very good, hotel staff very good at all, provided breakfasts at Hotels all excellent. 

*Transport*
All very good - vehicles clean, good drivers- Tommy in HCM the best – and all very courteous drivers.

*Meals*
All Hotel meals - all breakfasts excellent
*Guides*
Most importantly for guides is to not talk too much - particularly in the hot an humid conditions. Thoa was very good as she told us important notes and not too much . All guides excellent and helpful

Halong Bay guide excellent

*Phu* in Hue & Hoian very good . We did truly appreciate the evening meal Asia Tour Advisor paid for on boat in HCM . We did not expect it but it was a beautifull evening for us all

*Dinh Thi Kim Thoa (we called her Kate)* in HCM was outstanding and the best guide we had all trip - she should be recognised.

Overall I would score our tour 9/10 - we all 4 people thoroughly enjoyed it
and will recommend Asia Tour Advisor to other people in New Zealand. I will
write something on Trip Advisor. Excellent value for money
