Hello Giang.

I thoroughly enjoyed the holiday package and would recommend your company /tours. All vehicles and guides were fine and helpful.
All hotels had wifi which was awesome.

Some feedback by city:
1. Hanoi - hotel was too far from city center . I would find a hotel in a nicer part of town for foreign travelers. I would only recommend Hanoi for one day. Loved the cooking class.

2. Halong bay and cruise boat were EXCELLENT. My # 2 favorite place.

Hoi An was my favorite town. Could have used one more day there. Hotel was good too liked the spa and shuttle service but next time I would definitely recommend a hotel on the beach instead. One that also has shuttle service to town. We had close made there so it was rushed .
4. Na Trang great hotel and dive trip could have used another day there as well. Mud baths were great .
5. Saigon hotel was in a great location . And a good amount of free time .

If I had known Vietnam air had direct flts to London from Saigon on the next day we would have stayed another day instead of flying back to Hanoi. So depending on where your clients come from you may want to offer some flt guidance for nonstop international flts.

Overall I enjoyed Vietnam more than I thought , I would recommend including a spa treatments such ad foot massages in the packages . We did something like 6-7 foot massages during our trip.
