Thank you for your email. =) It is always good hearing from you. I just got back home yesterday and was going to email you to thank you for EVERYTHING! I cannot thank YOU enough for all that you have done for me to make my Vietnam trip amazing...especially because I was traveling by myself after my mission trip. You were always prompt on getting back to me and you even laid out the itinerary in an easy way to follow and understand. I could tell you really took into consideration what would be best for me during my 7 days in northern Vietnam. You even called me the day before my tour started to go over last minute details...I really appreciated that! =)

I liked how I started off with the Hanoi city tour and then went to Sapa and then Halong Bay and then had free time in Hanoi my last day. All of my tour guides were very professional and I must give extra points to Thuc because he had to do a private tour with me in Sapa the 2 days I was there. I had never been on an overnight train before and I loved how my tour guides would go to my actual cabin and let me know which bunk I was staying at in the train. All of the tour guides were so professional and so friendly. I did not have to worry about anything because they were that awesome! I also appreciated how you provided a hotel to shower before and after my overnight train! =)

Demantoid hotel was my favorite! Their staff was so friendly and the hotel was so nice! I loved the cruise to Halong Bay too...I am so glad the weather cleared up by then because it literally rained everyday that I was in Vietnam until my second day in Sapa.

I did not mind the meals but I really wanted to eat the "street food" in Vietnam so I got to do that during my free time on my last day in Hanoi. I enjoyed eating foods that the local eat but the food that the tour provided was pretty good. I can definitely trust your services and your professionalism. When I go back to Vietnam, I will definitely be asking for your services again and I would recommend you to any of my friends traveling to Vietnam!
