Hope all well! Vietnam is a beautiful place, we had great time there. I have included my honest feedbacks below where we felt the trip can be even better if these were improved. Thanks for everything!

Tour Guide: We have enjoyed all 3 tour guides you have provided. She was very attentive and more engaged with our communication, she gave us very good impression and have told us more about local culture during the car ride to Halong Bay.

Hotel: The stay at Intercontinental was great, we enjoyed the facility as well as the restaurant very much.

Train: The Victoria express was very nice, the ride was rough but overall cleanliness was acceptable.

Paradise Luxury Cruise: This overnight stay on the cruise was the best part of the entire trip. I wish I had booked for 2 nights instead of The ship was new, clean and the room was wonderful with private balcony. The service was superb, best of the best!
